What to expect from our consultation

  1. Advice on the visa pathways which are available to you based on information provided before and during the consultation.
  2. An assessment of your likely eligibility for visa criteria;
  3. Benefits and disadvantages of each option as well as possible pitfalls or shortcomings, if any;
  4. An outline of the main stages in the application process;
  5. Indicative processing time and cost for each option based on information available at the time of consultation;
  6. At the end of the consultation, you will receive a summary of the discussion to be used as your guidance about your application process;
  7. We do not provide document checklists and we do not offer a pre-lodgement document checking service during the initial consultation, this will be available once you have signed a representation agreement with our office.

What you can do prior to your consultation

  1. Prepare a list of questions that you wish to clarify and send to us via email. All questions are welcome.
  2. Ready about the visa that you are interested, or visas.
  3. Have available records of Visa and previous Visa applications that you have held and applied for.
  4. Have any records of medical, character or visa no-compliance.
  5. Have dates of change of circumstances ready – this may include, started/finish a relationship, change of residential address, change of school/college/course, etc.
  6. Any other information that you wish to discuss.

As an RMA, we hold a current legal practice certificate issued by the Migration Agent Registration Authority (MARA), and we are also a member of the Migration Institute of Australia (MIA).
